Whistleblowers
A Whistleblower is someone who reports serious wrongdoing such as abuse, fraud, or unsafe behaviour. KCS provides a safe, confidential, and supported process for you to report suspected wrongdoing by KCS or its staff. We encourage anyone with genuine concerns to speak up, knowing that reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and that whistleblowers will be protected from victimisation, retaliation, or adverse treatment.
