Vacation Care

Vacation Care is located at Carlton South Public School from 7am – 6pm during School holiday periods (excluding Public Holidays). Care is provided for 60 primary aged children per day, our school holiday program is jam-packed with fun and interesting activities and events. Activities include games, cooking, art and craft, drama and music. We also provide excursions to venues such as the movies, swimming, tenpin bowling, animal parks, museums, etc. Special attractions at the Centre vary each holiday period and can include dancing, jumping castles and much, much more. Care is provided on pupil free days as well. Parents are asked to provide all food and drinks for children unless specified on the program. Payment by EziDebit

Payment is by EziDebit. This is a specialised automated Direct Debit and Credit Card transaction service similar to Bpay.

How it works 

You need to download and complete the ExiDebit form.

Your EziDebit Payment

On Monday May 2^nd your statement for Vacation Care will be posted out to you. You will see the amount that you will be charged on your statement.  Then on Tuesday May 10^th your amount on your statement will be debited against your account. This will make the payment of your Vacation Care fees simple and easy for you and for us to process.  

Credit Card Payments

There is a small charge for credit card transactions. 

1.87% of your fee for Visa/Mastercard credit cards(min charge 0.88c)
4.4% of your fee for Amex/Diners Credit cards (min charge 0.88c)

There is no extra charge for Direct Debit.

Childcare Benefit (CCB)

Parents wishing to reduce their OOSH fees through the Child Care Benefit can contact Centrelink's Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.

Current fees

Vacation Care - $35.50 per day per child – plus the cost excursions and some other activities as per the program. You will also need to be a member of our organisation.
