This program provides entry level home support for older people who need assistance to keep living independently at home and in their community.
These packages are designed for older people with more complex care needs that go beyond what the CHSP can provide. SaH support a coordinated approach to the delivery of services.
We offer a wide range of affordable private services that can be put into place simply and quickly for people who are either waiting for funded care to commence, who may not be eligible for subsidised services or who would like to top up their services with additional care.
