Enrolling in OSHC

Our Carlton South OSHC, located on the grounds of Carlton South Public School, provides before and after school care for children attending Carlton South Public School, Bald Face Public School and Kogarah Public School.

Vacation care is available to all primary school aged children.

Our Kyeemagh OSHC, located on the grounds of Kyeemagh Public School, provides before and after school care for children attending Kyeemagh Public.

To complete your enrolment you will need:

CRN’s – if you have not applied for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) yet you can add the CRN’s at a later date. Please note that the child and parent CRN must be different
soft copies of any allergy/asthma action plans, court orders or parenting agreements.
the details of an additional emergency contact other than parents/guardians
the details of your local GP/medical centre.
Copy of your child’s immunisation statement

NOTE – Occasionally there is an issue when parents enter their direct debit details on the enrolment form and save – an error message will appear – please do not re-enter details they have been received – if you have any concerns please contact the office on 9553 6506 (ext. 2)
