R U OK? is a national day that reminds us that a conversation can make a real difference. It encourages us to check in with family, friends and community members by asking a simple question: “Are you OK?” Join us for a relaxed and painting activity, delivered by Shopfront Arts Co-Op. No artistic experience is needed just come along and enjoy some time together. RSVP is essential.
