Support Workers to provide in-home care as part of our Support at Home program. Assisting clients with daily living, companionship, and maintaining independence.

Educators for our Out of School Hours Care, including casual and part-time staff to support children’s learning and wellbeing
Aged Care Careers
Through our Support at Home program, KCS provides personalised, in-home care to older community members so they can continue living independently with dignity. Our support workers are the heart of this service.

Roles We Offer

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain independence and wellbeing
Depending on the role you may need
- Experience or qualifications in aged care i.e. Cert III Aged Care
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting older people
- Applications are subject to review of the Aged Care Quality and Commission Banning Orders registry
