KCS are inviting Seniors aged 55+ to join us in a free digital skills event with local high school students to create a cookbook with each participant saving their own copy to a USB to take home.

Healthy Ageing Arthritis Management Session
Arthritis is an umbrella term for more than 100 medical conditions that affect the musculoskeletal system, specifically joints where two or more bones meet.
Arthritis is very common – affecting 1 in 6 Australians. Arthritis Management sessions are delivered in partnership with Arthritis NSW. During the session the speakers will cover the information below:

- Risk Factors and Diagnosis
- Signs and Symptoms
- Self-Management Practices

Planning Ahead Information Session
An information session facilitated by South East Sydney Local Health District and the Supportive Care Service (SCS).
The SCS team include various health professionals that support the wellbeing of people in the community who have a chronic life limiting illness.

- What services are offered through the St George Support Care Service
