Arthritis is very common – affecting 1 in 6 Australians. Arthritis Management sessions are delivered in partnership with Arthritis NSW. During the session the speakers will cover the information below:

This FREE 3-month program provides you with motivation and support to be physically active, regardless of your current ability. Researchers at the University of Sydney are running this program.
The program includes:
1. One-to-one action planning with an activity coach.
2. Eight coach-led group meetings where you will learn about various health topics and connect with others.

This year, we’re hosting a free community lunch with live entertainment by The Elvos Experience. Get ready to dance along to Elvis Presley’s greatest hits.
We’re also welcoming students from local high schools to share in the festivities as we celebrate and honour the seniors in our community.
